  58. What is MagicA2024 ?
  59. ********************
  60.    MagicA2024 is a commodity and patches the private routines of the
  61. icon.library to recolor MagicWB icons to the four A2024 colors. The
  62. bitmap is adjusted on the fly, extra chip memory is needed for the new
  63. image, the blitter is used.
  64.    While installing MagicWB or using a remapping tool like MUIReIcon,
  65. the remapped icon is shown, but the original icon is in work. But before
  66. using an icon-editor switch off MagicA2024.
  67.    All icons with three or more bitplanes are modified. It's not
  68. possible to recognize non-MagicWB icons.
  69.    Two remap routines are implemented, the default one uses the blitter,
  70. check out which one is faster with your configuration.
  71.    It can also be used on a standard workbench with normal four-color
  72. palette. Feel free to use it with a workbench which has more than four
  73. colors, even non-MagicWB colors.

  113.    The main directory contains MagicA2024. Copy the "MagicA2024" to a
  114. drawer which contains your utilities.
  115.      copy MagicA2024 bin:
  116.    To start MagicA2024 automatically you have to insert some lines in
  117. your 's:user-startup'. Like this:
  118.      ;BEGIN MAGICA2024
  119.      run >nil: <nil: "bin:MagicA2024"
  120.      ;END MAGICA2024
  121.    It's possible to start MagicA2024 within the WBStartup drawer, but
  122. then the recolorization hasn't access on the already opened icons.
  123.    PS: It's easier to use the Installer script !!!
